Even furniture is decorated with embroidery.
nice it was to exchange views with other embroiderers.
was allowed to take pictures I
but I would like to wish the ladies meet
and the photos show until after the exhibition.
On Sunday, the exhibition is over, and PCD shows us pictures on her blog.

Maybelline Mousse Foundation Swatch

My latest work ...

... will need some time before it is finished.
Lucie is my little granddaughter and comes in September in the l'école maternelle.
(kindergarten)
you is at an age where the word "pourquoi", start (why), most sentences. The little fingers are always moving and they want to know how many blocks are in front of her.
And so I thought to myself that it would be nice for you when we get to play ever together, the letters for her name be used.
Be surprised what I have thought of me.

What Is A Purple Blunt

And this ... The embroidery

as the logo for "Labyrinth International "
I stitched this time in a blue hue.
This labyrinth was found in a house in 25-50 AD, near Cremona.

has ... me again!
A few small little pillow,
the beginning of the year I had embroidered for loved ones as a parting gift,

There are several mazes that I created with my embroidery program itself.
served as a model to me the book
"Labyrinths" by Hermann Kern from Pestel-Verlag.

For this maze used was a fragment which is located in England.
Since it is near the entrance and is located towards the door opens, it is clearly meant as apotropaic, (Greek for "defensive")
called apotropaic acts
in a wider sense to turn away objects that demons or evil.
unusual feature is the central cross-shape (Christian thought?).

After drawing, the Ritz is on a stone slab. To find

Here I show two garden mazes
from the book "Le Parterre De L'Univers Des Thresor", by D. Loris.

The original is still in the middle of a well, which I have omitted.
