Does Tricare Cover Injuries From Car Accidents

AFS half-orientation part II

And now for the second part of the Midstays.

It was planned that the three of us acquainted with two volunteers and a driver in a VW Bus The close area and small towns uncertain. We met so
morning at 8:00 clock in the AFS office and waited about 9:00 until all were there.
in the office in addition, two German FSJ'ler, Matthis and Kai, the graft should normally like any other day of the week. But as I one of the volunteers once incited the upper dam of AFS to ask whether the two could not come along with us, it has allowed them to eventually.

safe side, I had a home of "equipo" (read ekípo), an Tereré set taken away. This had the other well. So we had at the end of at least 4 equipos at the start. But was not a thing, since it is so dry never been to the palate.

The whole thing was going well and we started soon about everything to speak, of course, in German, which lacked the Voluntarios not good, but we did not care because they could not prevail and had no convincing end of sanctions on hand.

We began our tour of the beautiful town "Yaguarón", in which I have frequently worked with my work and therefore quite well known. This I left then to the other and now you "get good".

The name comes from the Guarani words "Yagua" (dog) and "ru" (father). Built This refers to the huge, dog-like rocks at the edge of town. The mountain was sacred for the Indians and said that one of the seven sons of the chief god Tupa, to live there.

We decided to climb the hill, which gave us a fantastic overview of the area. Sorry, Nic was attacked while climbing a palm-sized black insect that a nasty bruise left behind. Eyewitnesses reported four wings, which spread just before the bite suddenly malevolent.

Also from there you could also see a leprosy center in the distance that was well hidden from the public. One of the volunteers is always there to beautify the patient the day. She says that the people there extremely happy about visiting from outside, because they are not completely accepted by society and therefore must live as an outsider. Even her mother does not want hinlassen there.

saw Yaguarón In addition, we have the great church, for their unique wood carvings throughout the Mercosur (Paraguay, Argentina, Uruguay and Brazil) is known.

Then it went in isolated museums in places whose names I unfortunately are not familiar, as I pronounce correctly at all times could.

an important station, which I had in mind, however, was Caacupe. Again, I can you explain the etymology, since my ever-helpful colleague Carlos once said that where the name comes from. "Ka" is Guaranì for herb / plant / overgrown Hills and cupe "a Praepostion that can translate roughly to" behind ". Caacupe then, is the city "behind the overgrown hill. She is with her church and the ultimate goal of the annual "Peregrinación" (pilgrimage) to be held in December to have forgiven the sins of repentant hiking.
We watched the church also short, and although the entry was forbidden in shorts. Well, what one is ignorant tourist. The church itself is actually very monumental and awe-inspiring. It could also increase their roof and admire this lengthy, detailed wall painting that is window dressing, however, as peaceful scenes of the mission among the Indians by the Jesuits are presented. In reality, most namely with blood and iron, and not converted with nice words. Still worth a visit.

Matthis and I in church Caacupé. You notice the "Silencio" sign (Quiet Please!) Top right.

Our last stop was finally the party location San Bernadino, known popularly as Sanber. He is such a thing as the Miami or Mallorca Paraguay. Normally the lake is a tranquil place, Sanber in summer to a single party mecca for the Paraguayan people. Many nightclubs and casinos are only open when storm the endless crowds and the holiday houses on the lake, the Lago Ypacaraí, bask in the sun.

The waters should be avoided as such but because it is heavily polluted by industrial and Haushaltsabwaesser. The number of holds, however, not prevent them from visiting the cool water on hot days as a refuge from Ras burning love.
I was told by a girl who accidentally swallowed some of the seawater and therefore had to be admitted to hospital with a dangerous Teilspastik. It was said her fingers had been realized completely crooked.

went to a delicious soft ice cream, then again about to home. Overall I found the day extremely well and the whole camp to me Of fun because you had made for us really thought about the process. I noticed a particularly positive on the whole very competent guest speakers, from which we could certainly learn a lot and were able to engage in lively conversations and discussions.

AFS Paraguay, this time you've done your job exceptionally well. Felicidades! ;-)

soon, your January
